Ceviche Ceviche - Edinburg

First time ever going good food. Big problem they only one person running the line and was midday.

Everything delicious but cilantro was barely chopped because my plate had huge cilantro pieces everywhere that were still whole with stem and all. Also, tomatoes where big chunks and not finely diced. Cucumbers were not peeled and had skin. Padre Island location does such a great job with this where they finely dice everything as well as peel cucumbers.

Ok, I love ceviche. Period.This place was unassuming, but the ceviche I got was The price was good too. Seriously my new lunch place.You can either make ur own ceviche or choose from their menu, like subway. I got the Classic. Also, the staff was great! Helpful and super nice.I would come here again!

My daughter and I love this place. We stopped by today to order our food to go. It's was 6:30pm when we went by and noticed they were already packing up. My daughter approached the door and asked if they were still open and the young man said yes. As I walk in the young lady at the counter asked if I was picking up a call in order and I said no but I'd like to order something to go. She continued to ask how many orders and I replied that it would be 2 orders. What she did next made me lose my appetite. She rolled her eyes and sighed loud enough that I heard it from the door. I replied, it's ok don't worry about it, I'll take my business elsewhere since we were such a bother. Luckily, the new Ceviche establishment down the road got my service. If you all were closed you should have turned your light off. I've gone many times before and I've never been treated as such. Only gave a one star cause I had to put something for it to post.
