Noodles And Company - Edina

As someone who’s from Colorado where noodles company was founded, not mention it’s one of my favorite food to eat. This location has to be the worse one by far. I truly don’t understand why it’s so difficult to follow a simple recipe! Eveytime I order from this location I get instant regret. The food taste dry the seasoning is off. One time I had to drive back because they forgot to put sauce in the pasta! I mean completely just forgot so I had to drive all the way back, and they had to remake it.

Food and vibe is what you'd expect from a fast food noodle shop. Staff was friendly and helpful here at this location.

Stopped in to order some noodles for my daughter, they were busy making another order but not one person greeted me or said be right with you. They just looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. They turned around and looked at me about 4 more times before finally telling me it would be a minute. Then one guy took my order and after I paid he just turned around and started making another order. No thank you, no reciept, nothing. I'm pretty easy to please and this was not a good experience at all. Sorry I was such an inconvenience.

Food was fine. I expected a little better for the price.

Great service. I had used the app incorrectly. The person waiting on me could see I redeemed b4 ordering and was able to rectify the situation. Very nice very good service.
