Bidra med feedbackHannosuke If you like tempura, and anything fried similar to tempura, you must try this place, their tempura and fried veggies bowl is the best!Be ready for wait time varies from 30 60 mins, depends on which day and time you’re there, and remember to pay attention to your number so you can eat them as crunchy and crispy as they should. My order was: original tendon set #1 and assorted tempura #23. Both tempura are satisfying good and the crispy crunch very addictive! My lil one said the broccoli tempura is bumpy and tasted like chicken. You got 3 side dishes for each set of food you ordered, the egg, miso soup and pickle salad. You can order directly at the kiosk, or order on the tab they provided in front of the kiosk. Don’t forget to get rewards points each time you order.?595 River Rd, Edgewater NJ 07020Floor 1 of Mitsuwa Supermarket. daily 11.30AM 07.30PM? available inside the supermarket building. accessible for both?️ parking lot around the building#hannosuke #tempura #preservefootprints
This place is always a must when craving for japanese food... tempuras... edomae... ebi... anago... veggies... i always had ramen from santouka exclusively whenever we go to mitsuwa but switched to hannosuke because you cant really get this anywhere close... the takoyaki was good too... enjoy!Food: 5/5
BEWARE what you see is not what you get. $23 for a bowl of shriveled up uni and a sprinkle of salmon. The entire bowl is just white rice..... SO DISAPPOINTING.
Went for Dinner Food 4/5. The seafood in the chirashi bowl tasted fresh and were cut into easily spoonable, bite sized pieces. I did feel there was a bit too much egg and cucumber as the delicate fish flavors were easily overpowered by them. The ohba gave it a gentle peppery flavor and the rice was seasoned well. One thing that did ruin the dining experience was the change of presentation from the old jewel box. They aren't labeled as such anymore but the chirashis have the same component as the jewel boxes except served in a bowl instead of a box. This changed the dining experience quiet a lot as it was way harder to evenly spread the soy sauce, the topping to rice ratio isn't as evenly distributed and visually it appears like the portion is smaller due to the ugly bowl. Service 4/5. Quick and efficient service. Food came out promptly. Value 4/5. The prices are OK with chirashi bowls running in the mid 10s. The set adds a miso soup for $1 which is fine but a bit comical in their naming choice. The extras are on the expensive side and hard to justify. I'm glad Tsujita is back in Mitsuwa but I do miss the old menu. Parking Mall Lot (Free)
#4 Edomae Tendon came with a fried shishito pepper! Everything else was really good too. A nice combo with a mix of options. I love the sweet sauce on the rice.
