Fuji Hibachi Steakhouse Sushi In Edgewater

Beautiful small Japanese steak house is located in a small outdoor marble setting. You have the usual Hibachi experience to prepare the meal while you are sitting around the table. Nothing special about the show they put on, but it's always fun to watch. Eating is good. Portions are fine, of course you also pay for the experience. Enjoy the sushi here as well as the Hibachi. They seem to have more sushi options than other steak houses, and it's pretty good as by the amount of effort in which they are next to the grills. We'd rather come here to get the sushi out next to a hibachi without the whole show. The decor is clean, the atmosphere is quiet and the service is nice, so all-in-all a beautiful place for a Japanese steakhouse experience and even better to visit for the sushi bar.

We went to Fuji in Edgewater last night for my daughter? Birthday dinner. I was a little sceptical to go back to a Fuji restaurant because of the disaster experience we had at FUJI in GAMBRILLS. I do not recommend the GAMBRILLS site and suggest (2) months ago that you read about our experience. Ok, the Edgewater site does not make you decide soup or salad because both are included! The cook?Domingo? was great, very entertaining and did not jump on our portions! The show he did is the best? Our waitress was also very attentively refilled our drinks and brought out a free desert for my daughter. The staff sang Happy Birthday with us. The service was exemplary and they were tilted accordingly. We didn't get out of the Edgewater location. I recommend the Edgewater location via GAMBRILLS. The service and attention we received (Edgewater) surpassed the Fuji disaster in Gambrills, which had never been disturbed, even reaching and contacting me about our experience there.

Great Hibachi and Sushi Restaurant in Edgewater. They will not starve because the portions are large and the food is very tasty. The staff is very friendly and take care of the business.

The best sushi you'll ever taste. Will is a true artist. From the food and the atmosphere. This place is an MUST. I live 1 1/2 hours away and I'll be back here for dinner. This place deserves well over 5 stars.

Clean, fun atmosphere, good food, very reasonable for the amount you get, and friendly employees. We thoroughly enjoyed my sons 12th bday here. They made a special effort to focus on him. Will def. be back and highly recommend!
