Eating was extraordinary. varied menu. I had a Mexican stew that was delicious. the wine list was good. it was eating it over the top and great location.

Food and ambience very festive. server was excellent despite crowded holiday evening. Very professional. Food was hot, tasty and well presented. Favorite table under that stairs that seats 5, the exact number of our party. Great evening.

Always reliable, always dependable for an enchanting, fun and romantic dinner, Alchemy sets the standard in Martha's Vineyard for dining out. Don't miss the bag of fried oysters, though they are now served in a box. Increasingly, we feel that this is the only restaurant on the island that deserves our time and our dining out budget.

Our waiter was terribly rude to both us and other staff in front of us. The food was good but VERY overpriced. We won't go back

We love Alchemy....and had a wonderful time. The service was a bit slower than we have experienced in the past. And honestly we had a burger at Fat Ronnie's the next day for half the price that was easily twice as good. I know they are a burger joint (and new to us) but I wanted to let you know. I always find it interesting that's the way things work out. You'd never see a Five Guys burger at an upscale restaurant but you should...they are always better. Anyway, I don't want the comments to detract from our great experience. Just wanted to share our thoughts.
