Wildfire - Eden Prairie

The waitstaff should slow down; there is no need for them to be rushing around the tables.

Our server, Coleen, was excellent! The beer braised short rib I ordered was amazing! We also celebrated Mother's Day at Wildfire with Coleen.

Wildfire has been a favorite restaurant for our family for years, but we have noticed a decline in quality recently, especially after the pandemic. The service is still great and we love the atmosphere, but some of the newer employees don't quite meet the standard of the longtime staff. The biggest disappointment was the decline in the quality of the food, particularly the filet trio which was undercooked and chewy. The sides were still delicious, but the main dishes were a letdown. It may be some time before we return to Wildfire.

Always a great meal! Delicious food and wonderful service. This is our favorite special occasion place to dine!

Short ribs were excellent. Salad size and quality was excellent. We had a nice server lady.
