Jimmy John's - Eden Prairie

Slowest position ever! faster, how crazy slower. I ordered my food and waited 2 hours and 16 minutes. I do not recommend this place at all. they never look at instructions. I have paid for the fact that if I have been added to my badge and they have not been respected. save her money and go somewhere else!

No walk in ordering allowed. Not everyone wants to order online. Not everyone even knows how. To have a fast food restaurant that does not take walk in orders seems a bit much. I can walk in to pick my online order up but not to place an order directly. Applebees next door was happy to allow me to order take out and I would suggest going there until Jimmy John's figures out how to run a business. SMH

Received horribly rude service in the drive thru and my sandwich was shorted on the toppings. So much for finding a JJ restaurant that provides good service...

Open your indoor service until 1 star. eating was good as it should be for jjs.

I ordered 2 sandwiches for the order pickup. I checked in there. nothing. waited 15 minutes. Nothing. I'll wait inside. the command sat only somewhere on a table. sandwiches were not halved as desired, no serviettes included (even if desired) and adjustments were not observed. terrible.
