Bruegger's Bagels - Eden Prairie

Lance always puts a smile on my face, and the bagels are also good. Beautiful selection of bagels and cream cheese. Yummy Breakfast Bagels, I recommend the Pastrami, Egg and Swiss.

Friendly staff, great bagels, the siracha bagel wasn't as spicy as I wanted but it was still pretty good. Had too much sauce but would go back for something else

I?ve been a regular customer throughout the pandemic and I always thought this vendor had my safety as a customer in mind when I entered this store. But I was shocked yesterday when I entered the store prepared to place a large combined order for myself and some neighbors and I found 4 customers and ALL 3 employees maskless. Whatever virus particles any of these people had would surely be left hanging in the air or deposited on the bagels. And I imagine that behavior to include customers who had been there prior to my arrival. The sad thing is that I had just come from the Costco and Byerly?s locations in Eden Prairie and all of the employees at those stores showed their concern for their customers health by wearing masks. Needless to say, after an uncomfortable few moments sizing up the situation (I really wanted those bagels and sandwiches) I turned around and left. I guess I need to find another supplier for my bagels. You should do the same if you value your health and want to stop the pandemic that has ravaged our community and economy.

Adam makes it right! Went into Brueggers and had a specific order and he did not rush me. They always have excellent customer service and Adam always goes above and beyond. He is such a wonderful addition to the team and the bagels are always so FRESH. This is an weekend morning go-to. Simply the best! ?
