Baja Sol Cantina - Eden Prairie

It is a nice addition to the grocery area of the shopping center. That's the second time I'm trying here. Taste: 3.5 star service: 4 star number: 5 star food is average tasting Mexican food especially for someone who has eaten a lot of Mexican food in CA and TX. Better than many places in the area. It is conveniently located at the entrance of the shopping center next to Potbelly.

Love eat at El Burrito every time I shop at the EP Mall. Each item in the menu is the best! And the senior who takes my order knows that I order chips and an LG soft drink with my meal. It is really the best place to love Mexican food! Spicy or not.

We love their horchatas! I can't comment. My husband, who also loves her horchatas. That says a lot!

I would never had thought that I would find good food in a mall food court let alone great authentic Mexican food. This place is awesome. Their tostadas, tortas al pastor and pozole are great. The torta al pastor is particularly good. They serve it with lettuce, tomato, avocado, pickled jalapeños and queso fresco if you ask for it with everything.
