Burgschänke Auf Der Eckartsburg

We spent a great weekend on this medieval castle ruin for the second time. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The highlight was the great menu that the Burgherr enchanted us. You know he cooks with devotion, passion and skills. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the beautiful experience!

In July 2020 we had a nice weekend in the eckartsburg. the high-time suite was the Oberhammer. I have to say that I have rarely eaten so high and I am not easy to impress. If you only give the cook the chance to unfold your own kreatiw, you can expect absolute highest performance here. from 600g tomahawk steak via a 5 channel menu, dedicated to the bark fillet a food of absolutely superlative.
