Livingroom - EBOLI

We had a Wednesday lunch in the city of Eboli at Living Room Cafe Bistro. It’s on one of the narrow downtown streets. We were lucky to find a parking place. The bar, a long narrow one with just stools is on the first floor. The restaurant is up some steep curving stairs on the second floor. They have a number of tables and the setting is very nice. We got the menus and, of course, they were entirely in Italian. A fellow at the next table was kind enough to translate the menu for us. We each had one of the daily luncheon specials. My wife chose the Ravioli and I decided on the Rigatoni. We also ordered a small salad for us to share. The entrees arrived first and the presentation on her Ravioli was very good, the Rigatoni just so-so. She really enjoyed her entree and it was decidedly better than mine. The salad was fairly large and had some tomatoes and veggies. All in all it was a decent lunch at a reasonable price. All the staff were friendly.

Sono stato lì per la prima volta con un gruppo di amici. È stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa. I proprietari e il personale sono estremamente cortesi, disponibili e professionali. Gli antipasti e i panini sono ottimi, con una scelta di prodotti freschi e di qualità. I prezzi sono medi. Consigliato vivamente.
