The previous order I wanted the lawyer instead of the salmon (since they are winning the salmon cost more than the lawyer) I'm ordered normally. Today I return to it I order exactly the same thing and I am told that there is an extra charge of 2€ Because I changed between salmon and lawyer! Fortunately I stay firm and don't wash. I can imagine the number of customers who get caught! Too bad I often went there because I lived next to it. It's over. Not counting the unacceptable reception, they speak on customers in Chinese! The service is worse and worse and the rates have taken a hell of a slap. More discount for take-away sale. I had already pointed out but you should not put salad (under) the gyozas cooked salad and taste is horrible. I would not come anymore, others are much better in Ermont.
Change in pricing, almost all the menu is more expensive and 10% off on take-off orders 17.2% increase in price on my usual order!!! And the sashimis are more like carpaccios. Or how to accumulate over-inflation and shrinkflation. Sayonara
Increase in prices, decrease in product quality. My lunch Riz was hard without taste. No customer loyalty despite important orders for several months.
