The Goat Coffee House - Eau Claire

The menu needs to be updated to show the pricing of the drinks/food so then the customer can better decide on what they want. I also think the staff needs better training of the drink policies. Last time I came in I was told that hot coffee and iced coffee were free refills, then I came in this time and tried to get a refill and I was charged full price. It is so disappointing.

I love coming here, really good drinks really good food, customer service is great. Traffic can be kind of crazy during certain times of the day.

We've tried getting drinks here three times now. They are the weakest drinks I've ever had from a coffee shop, and consistently so. Even the iced tea is weak, which is baffling.

Great coffee drinks and smoothies and the food is just as appetizing. Lovely cafe experience. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs in the dining area and there are several tables allowing for wheelchair seating.
