Teriyaki Madness - Eau Claire

My friend was super happy with his crab Rangoon but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the Orange Chicken. I was looking for any sign of chicken in the clusters of deep fried something and realized it was mainly fat with batter fried in fat. My friend said oh yuck before she could even chew it and spit it out. I can't believe I paid almost $13 for this meal and can't even eat the chicken. Live and learn I guess..... .? Although, the staff was very friendly and courteous!!!

Good food, poor service. Placed an order and was told it would be a 25 minute wait, simply asked for the food to be placed on the to go rack for pick up once completed. Returned 40 minutes later, the food had not been made and simply was overlooked/ forgotten about. Overheard the woman would took our order snap at a different employee working when he confronted her about why the food hadn’t been made. Received my order an hour after I paid for it, the male employee was very apologetic and provided free meal coupons.

Tried them for the first time, definitely will not spend my money here again.The rice was way overcooked and over sauced, and it wasn’t good sauce. The egg roll was undercooked and yikes, it tasted like cat food smells.The women at the register was new, she was polite and professional.$30 and it went in the trash.

Very clean, helpful staff with all questions being first time eating here. Order was presented quickly, fresh and hot. Generous amount of food for price, meat was made perfectly, vegies were plentiful, nice amount of sauce to last thru the entire meal. Will definitely go back again :

The place is very inviting right when you walk in. It was clean and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely will go back for more date nights! The silverware along with the food was amazing too!
