Jade Garden - Eau Claire

I was served rotten milk and all the food was cold. The fried dumplings tasted rancid as well. I can't believe I actually swallowed rotten chocolate milk. I will never be coming back to this place again if I could leave zero Stars I would the health department will be getting a call

My family and I came to eat at 8PM to celebrate a family members birthday. When we got there the food was not fresh, not restocked (quite a few groups of people were still there when we were there). We asked for a certain dish to be replenished, waited the whole time for it and it still was not even after we alerted the servers. I brought 3 of my kids with me but one was asleep the entire time so when we got the bill, I asked the lady to remove him from the bill cause he didn't eat or wake up (until we got to our car). The front desk lady was very rude and told my husband that they already included him on the ticket and can't take them off. They proceeded to charge us for our child who didn't eat or drink cause he was sleeping. I talked to her and she gave me attitude about how I should've told them before we ate I responded that I didn't know my son wouldn't wake up to to eat (we tried to wake him up he was still too tired amd we didnt want him being cranky). She proceeded to argue with me so I told her my son didn't eat and they couldn't charge us for him. She still had a bad attitude and eventually voided the charge and recharged with the correct amt after (hopefully she did it wouldn't trust her after this). I've worked in the restaurant business before for many years and know you cannot just charge someone who didn't eat. She could've been professional but, chose not to be. If my son even ate a speck of rice, I would've paid but he was asleep the entire time, didn't even drink their water. Horrible experience and will not be returning. Hope this review helps someone so they don't go through what I went through.

Pretty good, only wish they had some orange chicken. Probably won't go back, but if there is a need for Chinese buffet, I won't say no.

Good food that is fresh and pleasant considerate staff. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is because of the price. I would rather go to a sit-down restaurant for the $22 price tag.

Better be prepared to take out a second mortgage on your home because this stuff is expensive and it's not the best for the money
