Hy-vee Fast Fresh - Eau Claire

I spent $9.10 on a bacon cheese burger and a hyvee sparkling water that was $1.and some. Which means the burger was 6-7 dollars it was disgusting .? I could have got a combo at McDonald’s for that price or less with fries. So disappointed on the price I paid and the taste.

Had repeated issues with online orders. Left feedback on an online order. No response from you. Ordered again and the problems got even worse. Went to the counter and encountered three employees who couldn't be bothered to pause their personal conversation to talk to me. I then used your Contact Us form to write to you about it. It's been 2 1/2 weeks. No response from you. Last weekend I wrote you a Facebook message about this situation. It was shown as having been read almost immediately, but still no response from you. Pretty clear at this point that you simply don't care. I enjoyed the supper I bought at Festival tonight.

My husband purchased half a pig; before purchase he asked what cuts and how it would be packaged. He was told the cuts (steak, chops, ham, ground, etc. and it 's packaged just like in the store . For $250 we received sugardale hams, Jamestown bacon that is mostly fat, some unheard of brand of ribs, which also don 't look great and some Hormel (type of meat I can 't recall . If it had been all Hormel, we still would 've been disappointed in that it was a brand (as opposed to the type we were expecting, like Hyvee processed and packaged , but at least we 'd have felt like it was worth the money spent. Definitely we 'll not be making this purchase again.

I went for the first time today to get some lunch before a big event I was headed to, and the weather was pretty rough. The first thing I heard was the woman working the kitchen making all the food thanking me for braving the weather to come in, and she let me know if there was anything I wanted that wasn't already on the hot plate to let her know and she would make it fresh. Absolutely wonderful attitude and I could hear her smile in her voice (she was masked up), and the man at check out was full of smiles and good energy. Superb customer service at this store, I'd come back just for that, but the food is also pretty dang good!

Used to come here for lunch almost all the time was great when it first opened. Now their food is borderline dangerous to eat. Undercooked pancakes to over cooked chicken are now the norm. Yet they still put all the food up to full price. I'm sorry I am not paying $7+ chicken with cold centers and mushy rice. Real shame.
