Bidra med feedbackOnly one in drive thru...waited 15 mins on my 30 lunch break waiting 4 the drive thru lady to even acknowledge I was there..had to yell to get her attention to take my card for payment so I could get n eat my food b4 returning to work...drive thru lady said I'm theonly 1 here thats y its taking so long..then the so called manager think her name was Dana opens the window and pro to belittle me saying I wasn't waiting 15 min..very rude people that don't do there job! U have 1 job! Try doing it! Won't be back and calling corporate! 10:40ish on 12/7/23
I don't like being waited on in drive thru by someone on there phone and acted like me being there was such an annoyance and inconvenience I don't think I'll be back. I don't like feeling like a burden even though there was only 3 cars in the drive through and no one dining in I didn't know doing your job was so terrible that you have to treat guests like a burden
Fries were at least 40 minutes old, bacon king doesn't have proper portioning, and has cross contamination with a pickle and some lettuce inside the wrap. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE 4 SLICES OF CHEESE ON THE BURGER BY DEFAULT, AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ALLERGIC REACTIONS FROM CROSS CONTAMINATION. GO CLOCK OUT AND DO NOT WORK HERE EVER AGAIN.
The spiderman burger was way too red like even the tomatoes was red man
3 cars, including myself,asked to pull around so they can bring the order out when there is no one in line behind at the time....it cuts down on drive thru times that way. Consistent at this store recently.
