Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Eatontown

Popeyes in whole new jersey. I was here regularly, but that was the last one. I would give them, if possible, zero stars. I could see the kitchen dirty and the cook presses the dirt from the metal surface around the frit in the oil with a spat. I have seen how they make my sandwich several times with no gloves over my many visits here. absolutely disgusting! the personal speaks hardly English and they try to argue with them badly and talk to them. God forbid you to ask for something. they also speak evil bout them in hindi. No matter how much they order, they calculate them for immersing sauces like the cheap skates they are. I had a $80 order, and they didn't have the courtesy to give me free sauce. Apparently it comes only with offered and nuggets. the staff is rude and impatient and the riders are always cold and soggy as if they were sitting around. the haw is a hit or miss. sometimes old and dry and sometimes undercooked and raw (see pictures.) sandwiches are always cold and soggy as they are prefabricated and the manager have no idea about the customer service and are absolutely susceptible to everything. they save their hard earned money and avoid this place at all costs.

We had dinner here and the location was fairly empty with only one other table. It was around 6:30. Food was good and as expected for Popeyes and there were two staff helping to fill the order. The man was kind and attentive while the woman was apathetic and rude.

Best place ,always get good service.nice and fresh chicken.

I was craving some chicken tenders and decided to go to Popeye's. I could not have been more disappointed. The chicken was inedible. It had the consistency of old rubber. The mashed potatoes were really good, but they forgot to give me sauce and a straw. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with their food, plus their staff is rude when you give them your grievance. I will not be going back.

No problems with the food, but every time I've come here I've had an unpleasant experience with the staff. The first time I went in the store the employees were nodding their heads towards me while laughing and whispering to each other, as if they were making fun of me. The second time I went the man giving me my food at the window wouldn't stop calling me baby or babe. The third and last time I went there the guy at the window have me a creepy smile and just said, Oh you're *good* And he was not talking about anything related to the order. Really not happy with how the staff has treated me.
