Domino's Pizza - Eatontown

I travel for work in 6 different states and order Dominos a lot. This was the worst experience I?ve ever had with Domino?s Pizza. If you can, choose someone else. The pizza and wings were cold and not up to the standards I know the company pridesitself on. The store was located 6 minutes away from my hotel and it took over 2 hours to get my food. Called several times andgot a recording for 10 minutes. Whoever owns this store should be aware and if they know and don?t fix this shame on them!

After waiting in person at the store for an hour since we placed our order online to pickup, for just 2 medium pies, they tried to hand me a totally burnt pie and a half-burnt pie. I realize they were short staffed, but don't hand me a burnt up pie when Ipatiently waited.

After waiting for an hour in line to pick up our order of 2 medium-sized cakes that we had placed online, we were disappointed to receive a completely burned cake and a half-baked cake. I understand that they were busy, but it was frustrating to receive a burned cake after waiting so patiently.

The dining experience is always fantastic at this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. When picking up my food, they always seem overwhelmed and in need of more staff to provide better service.
