Bidra med feedbackThat was my second and last attempt with burger king. I tried to order online from her side. I have the dinge that I wanted to eat in the war basket, then went to check, gave my card, click on it. blunt. try it again. again. I win. then I see my card was charged three times. I called the restaurant, they said there is no command from me, and they can't fix it, watch it again. not too helpful. I wrote a complaint (there is a form on the web page). in an hour I have an answer that bk neither my command nor the appeal does not see. In between we arrived at the restaurant and ordered the same eating in the drive-thru. Maybe because of my bad experience, but I didn't like the taste of eating. the gurke was hard, the woofer rings were soft, not crispy. I do not recommend in general. instead choose a local chain.
The food is bad, it's not healthy like any other Burger King, the worst thing is when you order something, pay for it, receive it in a bag and leave without checking, something you ordered is always missing!! that's too bad, because you're already far away and you're not coming back to complain
When I came here the dining room was closed. It was drive through only.
If I could take off the other star I would. This place is horrible. You have kids taking orders on crates outside.very professional. They get the order wrong and get mad at the customer. From my job I was taught we where always right. They walk away when you are placing your oder. This place should be closed or they need a new staff. The food is cold not cooked. Management needs to be looked at and workers need to be held responsible. If you don't want your job quite. Can't wait for Wendy's and Wing stop to put them out of business. You ever want rude service and food poisoning. It's your place. Never again.
Food is great when it is done right. Sad to say the workers don't know what they are doing. Manager very nice. Did all he could do to to satisfy.
