The Nile Grill & Kebabs - Eaton

I was extremely disappointed to find out that the restaurant cannot guarantee their Halal standard for those who do not eat pork. The response from the owner has made me question their business practices.

I waited 37 minutes for a chicken kebab that was supposed to be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. The staff was chatting behind the counter and no other food was being prepared. When I mentioned how long I had been waiting, the woman with a neck tattoo was dismissive. A man who had been waiting even longer than me also received poor service. The $15 kebab didn't come with any extras. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs if you want to run a successful business.

I had dinner on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was well presented and tasty, with beautiful aromas. We will definitely be returning.

My partner and I are regular customers and have the same meal times since the opening ordered the last few months were nothing but disappointing quality wise I am not sure who the cooks are, but some recovery training seems necessary. definitiw will not be...in the money or the time to go into the nil for a whole time!

I love a good kebab and the nile never dissapoints with fresh food made with love from the welcoming staff where else would I go? I have tried all the kebab stores in town and this one by far is the best i have been...to in years the food is to die for they really should be proud of themselves. Thanks for a great experience I will be back again
