Which Wich The Station At Eastvale

Baffled? No greeting as I walk In and stand there not realizing that the 2 employees watching me behind the counter were not going to help or advise me this are self serve monitors And then the Tip portion pops up when I pay. Really?? Wheat bread extremely dry as others have mentioned. I would take Subway over this quality any day!

I ordered a sandwich and house chips. When the order was complete the told me they didn't have house chips and offered a substitute which I declined. I requested a refund and was advised they couldn't do refunds. I had no choice but to accept a bag of chips I didn't want. How can they do business and not provide refunds if something isn't right? Just not right!

This was my first time at the Which Wich Sandwich Shop in Eastvale California at The Station Shopping Center.The tuna sandwhich I ordered was Good and the ingredients seemed fresh however the wheat bread was a bit dry.I also ordered french fries that were crispy and delicious-however I thought the portion was a bit small-(see the photos in the little bag)The prices were a little high as I ordered their large size sandwich for $11.45- so with drink and fries for a total of $17.45.The ambiance was ok although some of the tables needed a wipe down from previous customers and I was the only person here at the time.No music so just the sound of the equipment was in the air and although it was over 100° outside there was absolutely NO air conditioning running inside-so it was warm inside.The server was pleasant and brought my sandwich order to my table.The foods not bad and I believe if they cleaned the tables,added some music and turned the air conditioning on that it would be a much better and enjoyable experience. Will I be back? Unfortunately probably not.

A fresh take on the classic sandwich shop . I absolutely love this place . Food is always really delicious also is a healthier alternative to other places . Staff here super friendly . Not to mention the prices are affordable compared to other places ,and is always a super clean and never too busy . This place is one of my faves . everyone should check this place out .

Absolutely the worst I have experienced ! If you have business hours than as an owner you should abide by them . Not once but now three times the have either shut the doors early or opened casually 29 minute late.No big deal to them when I asked the hours I'm sorry but as a business owner this is unacceptable!! Get your **** together owner ! Ridiculous
