The Habit Burger Grill - Eastvale

I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad with avocado and extra croutons and when I got home there was no avocado and no croutons in my salad. I paid $2.00 to add avocado and they gave me cucumbers instead. This location in Eastvale is horrible!! This has happened way too many times to where these Habit workers do not, I repeat do not read and listen correctly to what the paying customer like me orders. I 've called up the Habit headquarters and they keep saying oh we 'll look into it and we already spoke to the district manager well obviously the district manager and workers don 't listen if the problem continues. It 's ridiculous already. What is it gonna take to make the order correctly? Obviously these workers need more training in everything!! Oh and Janay, the girl I spoke with in regards to this complaint, horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! She talking about oh I can 't give you anymore free coupons because we maxed out well I wasn 't calling for free coupons I was calling to tell you about this on going problem with this Habit location!!! Fix it already!

Traumatizing experience…October 1st 2023 I nearly died…I ordered a sandwich that contained avocado…I was filled with joy…My eyes widened with the first bite…But something was wrong…Very wrong…Something was hard…VERY HARD…I spat the food out I had in my mouth…which sadly ended up on my buddy Adals shirt…upon further inspection…the avocado HAD THE SHELL OF THE AVOCADO PIT…I started crying…My buddy Adal comforted me…I will never ever be the same after this experience…Dietary restrictions: The Avocado is potentially Lethal

Had charburger with cheese and onion rings. Excellent. Best onion rings I've had, cooked perfectly. My friend had fried green beans and they were awesome too.

Terrible for the amount of money being paid, food sat for about 10 minutes before my number was called workers that were calling out the food numbers were too busy talking between each other, not saying there is an issue with that, but when the food is just sitting up there than it becomes a problem, The Habit in general is a good place but this particular one seems to be more expensive than the other habits I’ve been too. And food is nice and hot too when called out to me.
