Domino's Pizza - Eastvale

The worst experience ever at this location (store 3373). Leticia (manager) was extremely rude. I got a confirmation on the tracker that the order was ready and when we arrived none of the pizzas were yet made. My family and I waited two hours. One of the other workers was trying to do the right thing and give us a free item. Leticia got extremely loud and rude with her employee. When we came to his defense explaining that he was in fact doing the right thing, she got rowdy and told my family and I that we had no business telling her how to run her Dominos. Another gentleman that works there which we found out is her son started cussing getting loud. She refused to give us any information to report her. She then took it a step further and profiled me when making the comment and I quote, “It had to be a Latina gaining up on another Latina”. I have never got on Yelp or any other platform to rate someone else’s performance however, the behavior of that lady was on another level. Thank you to the other workers for apologizing on her behalf. Leticia’s character lacks professionalism and good morale.

I didn't realize they moved across the street, gave them a call and they let me know. Tried the new pepperoni cheese bread and it was okay.

No one was helping the customers, the pizza was 30 minutes later than it should have been. The store doesn't have the food grading on their store for whatever reason, and I saw one of the people drop their pizza cutter on the floor and pick it right back up to cut the pizza. This dominos is

Our local pizza spot ! Why it has such low ratings does baffle me, but I order from here regularly. This is just a one-stop shop, thus not your kocal sit down spot. The service has never been an issue nor the quality of the food ordered. It has always been fresh, warm, and cheesy !!! Who couldn't ask for more ?!
