Buffalo Wild Wings - Eastvale

It’s good for bar food but I think the wings are to pricey.

Appetizers came after the main food was delivered. didn’t come back for refills had to ask several times for items we asked for

It was good but took along time to get service to long sitting at the table waiting to get food and drinks but after getting food and drinks it was fine

The hostess refused to seat us until the whole party had arrived despite the restaurant being empty. All I had asked to do was to set up balloons and presents on the table for a birthday. By the time we Sat down, we waited for over 30 mins before the waitress even brought water. Once delivered she brought 4 when we had 10 people in our party and we had to wait for another 15 mins for the remaining waters. Couldn’t get her back to take our actual drink order so we went to the bar after waiting anoth 15-20 minutes Luckily we know BWW has good food so we stayed for that. Overall terrible service. Hostess was rude and unfortunately set a horrible tone for my fiancé’s birthday. Won’t be back to this location.

We go here often this time was just bad! My boneless wings were extremely dry even after asking for extra wet. We had a reservation and when we got there the unexperienced host said oh let me check if we have anywhere to seat you we have a party of 26 so it maybe 2 hour wait. We had a reservation and then he mentions servers could.t catch up like it was our fault? They finally sat us done food wasn't good, our server was distracted, and host kept telling everyone the wait was 2 hours of course everyone left i would've too.
