They buss down every time. ive never had a bad coffee from this location. i got a coffee from the location in whb and i immediately regretted that decision. the people who work at esm dunkin are masters at their craft love you guys Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Absolutely horrified. I have been to this dunkin a NUMEROUS amount of times and I have NEVER received the correct order. I've once ordered a coffee and they gave me TEA and proceeded to make me feel dumb because I ordered coffee and they gave me tea. Then a couple of days ago I ordered a milkshake and there was so much milk... but no shake. The thing was filled with milk that the ice cream was literally separating like oil and water.
This dunkin is in a very convenient location. They do mostly get their orders right but they are always very busy so be mindful. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
