Ruby Tuesday - Easton

Elissa and Mike are terrible management and alot of unprofessional stuff goes on there especially in the back of house and they can keep taking my reviews down from there FB page but I'll keep making sure the truth is told that place is disgusting... Mike gets drunk at work and many employees told Elissa but she didn't say or do anything because he was here favorite she said he was infront of multiple employees and few months later she makes him the AGM lmao smh

Decided to try again after a few years, will not be returning. Our server was attentive and very nice! Unfortunately, that's about as far as the compliments go. Standing at the salad bar, there was a smell of raw sewage coming from the corner near the bathrooms. Assuming it was a temporary issue (because plumbing stuff happens to everyone at some point), and since we couldn't smell it from our table, we ordered and tried to enjoy our visit. The food came out relatively quickly, which wasnt a surprise since there was only 2 other tables seated on a Sunday at 7pm. Not a single thing we ordered looked like it was cooked or plated with any sense of care. It genuinely looked like a dollar store version of how it appears on the menu. Not a single person was impressed with the look or flavor of their meal. We thanked our server and paid our bill. On the way out, it seemed the sewage smell had doubled, and you could almost smell it from the front door. To say that was the disgusting icing on the gross cake would be an understatement. My stomach is turning just writing this review.

Salt salt and more salt. Mushy croutons Service was good. Food not so much

I didn't like the ribs they were really dry over cooked.my baked potato was over cooked my money was wasted. the only thing I ate was the salad it was delicious

Had to wait 25 minutes when we called ahead and were told there was a 5 minute wait. Also there were almost no other guests when we arrived either. Staff seemed to be short. Salad bar was missing many items and looked like it had been sitting awhile. Other food items were as requested for the most part. One person in our party received the wrong entree. Desserts were way over priced.
