Domino's Pizza - Eastleigh

Ordered a delivery for a pepperoni passion and double decadence meat fielder with just a little extra cheese and herb spread in the decadence to find there was hardly any in it. I specifically asked for extra and the person on the phone reassured me it'll be done. Terrible pizza although the pep passion was fine. Threw the meat fielder in the bin. It's as though they didn't care about the food they send out. Delivery was quick even though I was told an hour wait, proof it was made very quickly so poorly made. Delivery driver was very pleasant.

In these difficult times it 's not easy finding someone to deliver food to Fair Oak. We 've had a Domino 's delivery twice in the last week and all I can say is 'delicious ' and 'really fast '. I thought the contrived pricing and discounts on the website is odd but overall that team in Eastleigh deserves a 10/10 and I even enjoyed the webpage telling me what the chef was doing and today, 4 April, tracking the driver in real time on the map. He did arrive a minute earlier than was forecast but that 's smart too. Good job!

So ordered pizza from here around 10:15pm. It was delivered really quickly all piping hot. However the highlight of this review is delivery guy James. James has made the evening. It’s not everyday your delivery guys says love you to my brother as he walks down the path!! made my night. Give the guy a pay rise!!!

The food was cold when I called up I was spoken to by a rude individual who called me mate after telling him I was making a complaints and I was not his mate he managed to call me mate a further 3 times. I then speak to a manager well turns out it’s not a manager after all and could not care less about the complaint. Then wen taking my name for the order he got this wrong 3 times. Not only that they round up all the pizzas so yes it may be only 6 p on my order but if they do that to every customer every night they are banking a lot of extra cash so watch your bills. One thing for sure the food was awful and the attitude of staff matched.

Just had delivery from Eastleigh branch and I have to say the pizza’s were horrible!! I am extremely disappointed! Ordered it as a treat for my daughters birthday during this tough lockdown period! They were completely overcooked. We ordered extra cheese but it was so over cooked that the cheese was rock solid and dry! We ordered thin and crispy but it was literally crisp like and totally dry!! I will not be ordering from them again!! Not happy at all!!!
