Best Fry - Eastleigh

The best fish shop we have had. Been getting our F&C from Best Fry for about 7 years and the fish never fails although the chips can be a bit hit and miss

Disgusting food and even worse manager so rude, expensive tiny portions of dried up chips and over cooked fish would never go back there again

Really disappointed with the overall service and food that we received. Absolutely shocking prices for so little food! And the food wasn’t even nice. Tasted stale, so didn’t end up eating the little amount we did receive. Customer service is not good. I tried to message them twice with my query and to inform them that I was not happy, they have seen the messages but are choosing not to respond. Seeing some on the most recent reviews on here and on other platforms….it’s really going down hill. Which is shame.

I was let down by my online delivery provider for my order. I called Best Fry direct and although not their error the guy on shift was excellent, he listened to my moans and organised a fresh delivery direct to me within 30 minutes. He didn’t have to do this, but his customer service was first class and fish and chips and extras delivered excellent. Thank you use this local small business as they deserve this A1 review

Popped in to try one of the burgers I see on fb page . So glad I did .it was so good choice of salad sauce brioche roll makes such a difference! I shall be back soon :
