Rally's - Eastlake

Came thru the drive thru at 12:55AM to pick up a small order of chicken bites and two burgers for a Uber Pickup. 1:30 AM and the order still was not ready. Another car didn't come through the line for 20 minutes while I was waiting. I don't know what the employees are getting paid to do here, but working is not on the list.

Food was good. But the girl who took our order, Nikki, was very rude. She had a tone every time we spoke with her. How rude of us to order food and make her do her job. She has no business being up front taking orders if she is going to act that way.

This place is the bottom of the barrel. I hate them feel I waste my money everytime. I use Uber eats, all three times I ordered from here, my food was more then a hour a half late it was stiff cold. Whatever u do, do not place a delivery here. I like rally’s the franchise but this specific location is unprofessional super slow. If u want to waste your money BE MY GUEST!

NEVER PULL FORWARD IN THE DRIVE THRU!It’s a scam to report false numbers to corporate so they can say they are fast when they aren’t.If you feed into this. It will keep the store slow and lazy. NEVER. PULL. FORWARD. TO WAIT FOR FOOD! Screw their fake reports. Do better at work.
