Culver's - Eastlake

Staff is unemotional. Service is average to below average for the time we are in (hard to find good help). Came several times for lunch. Usual wait is about 15 minutes... too long for lunchtime. Custard and ice cream are excellent. Burgers are muchsmaller than they advertise so be aware. Cheese curds are tasty but are mostly breading. Good onion rings.

The woman on register 2 had excellent customer service. Cheese sauce can be a little better, chili was great,burger was a nice size, chili cheese fries was nice and hot. I always get Culver?s in Wisconsin so I was happy for this new location. For my firsttry here I enjoyed it!

First time going to Culver's and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. The dining area and restroom facilities were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Got thebasket, that included a butter burger with cheese, fries and surprisingly they had diet root beer in the fountain machine. Iwill be returning in the future, and plan to try the ice cream options they have.

Honestly, was very excited to try this place. I ordered a burger, it was burnt, tasteless and dry. The grilled chicken was okay. The cheese curds were horrendous, cold and tasted like they had been fried with fish. Then came the pretzel bites and cheese. Iheard their cheese sauce is amazing. I got two orders, they initially only gave us one. I had to go back and get the second. Thesecond batch was burnt and they were like rocks. The cheese sauces were different as well, one tasted amazing and had a betterconsistency; the other was watery and a much lighter color. It was very weird. It seems like it would be good if cookedproperly, like I said, the one batch of pretzels was very good. But overall, I was not impressed sadly.

We?ve been there twice. We?ve tried different sandwiches each time. The first time a nearby couple had problems with their order. The second time was much smoother. The food was delicious both times. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich and the fries. Myhusband liked the quality of his bacon burger. The onion rings were also tasty. Neither the fries or onion rings were greasy. The first time we were there we were given a sample of their soft serve ice cream. The second time, we took it to go. It wastasty. Staff were going around asking if we needed anything. They are also friendly and helpful.
