Daily Operation - Easthampton

I've loved this place and have been a fan girl for years now. The consistent rotating menu keeps eating there exciting, the different music tastes keel the atmosphere fun, and the desserts are just supreme. Unlike any other restaurant in the area, a true gem in the valley. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian and vegan options are honestly so delicious, I'm not in either category but often lean towards those dishes, especially in the height of fresh veggie season.

Incredible restaurant with creative food and a dynamic menu that changes with locally available ingredients. Everything is made from scratch including the bread and noodles. The vegan options are really good too. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Power tip: A hip vibe. The nice lady in front made good recommendations. The blackened fish sandwich and the beef shank soup were tasty. The maple pie was good too, although my girl thought it was a bit too sweet. Although not directly connected to the restaurant, the bathroom associated with it was retro. VERY retro :D

Great food for the most part, but half the menu items have one ingredient too many. Maybe a smidge too hipster for me.
