Mcdonald's - Easthampton Town

I stopped at this restaurant and used the app to place an order for a medium fry priced at $4.19 plus tax. When I asked if the fries were fresh, I was hoping for them to be hot and fresh given the price. The manager assured me they were cooked just a short time ago, but when I tried them, they were cool and chewy. I was disappointed that she had lied about their freshness. I will not be ordering fries from here again. Despite already paying for them, there was no reason to deceive me. I was simply trying to manage my expectations. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations, especially considering the increasing costs. The restaurant needs to improve their standards in order to justify their high prices.

I ordered from this McDonald's through DoorDash, and for some reason, I couldn't leave a review on the app. I had to come here to express how fantastic my order was. Everything was accurate and cooked perfectly. The fries were even crispy! Hats off to the McDonald's team at this location!
