Mirabelle - Eastbourne

Beautiful decor ambience. The food was first class the staff were fantastic we had a very nice time celebrating our wedding anniversary. Enjoyed every moment.

We arrived at the Grand Hotel in appalling weather and our car was parked for us. We were seated at a large table with a window view. The pike souffle was divine, and the cheese souffle was perfect. The chicken main course was well cooked yet not exciting, but the slow cooked belly pork my daughter ordered, was superb, served with perfectly cooked vegetables. The saffron and honeycomb ice cream was the perfect finale. The service was discreet and attentive.

Mirabelle at Eastbourne was lovely. Food was good but not exceptional. Service excellent.

Great experience as ever. Service a tad on the slower (than usual) side, but food and price excellent so overall experience was not too disappointing!!

They did not have a booking for us. Apparently this happens quite a lot with Toptable bookings for the Mirabelle Restaurant!! Luckily they could accommodate us, but I understand that last week the couple who booked through Toptable were not as lucky! Great traditional restaurant, disappointing desserts as they were all heavily cream based therefore lacked variety!!
