Bidra med feedbackTAKE NOTE: I have been to 100+ Dunkin?s all across the country, and most are well operated, but there is something really OFF with this particular location?s coffee. Several times when ordering a Hot Coffee, what I received tastes way, way off, almostlike a cleaning solution residual. This chemical ?cleaning? taste has been consistent!, and I betting that they are notpracticing proper procedures when cleaning their equipment. Too risky!? I will no longer try this location.
I can't ever understand what the lady at the drive thru is saying. The person on the intercom is upbeat and pleasant and the lady at the window is so quiet you can't heat her and she wears a mask so add that and her low volume you are screwed
If you order an espresso shot they don't put it in unless you watch them make it. This has happened 5 or 6 times
Extremely disappointed with Dunkin Donuts. My best friend currently can not have ice due to doctor's orders bc of a medical condition. When she ordered her drink without ice the employee informed us that it would be a $1.00 more. Sounds like aviolation of the American's with disabilities act if you ask me? My friend told them never mind left.
First off you do not charge people 1.50 extra just for a drink with no ice. Second this place is one of the worse Dunkin shops I have been to telling me I said no ice and tried to tell me no refunds. Third wear your masks legit or do not wear them at all.Fourth bad customer service all around giving me attitude for no reason and telling me the tea costs more money when we do notadd ice so I will have to charge you 1.50 more? Sigh hopefully only the first and last horrible review I have to do. I wouldgive 0 out of 5.
