Staff greeted me and took my order but did not ask what booster I wanted nor tell me about my options. I ordered the seasonal watermelon drink and it tasted delicious but as others have mentioned, there were frozen grape-size chunks at the bottom.
Usually great but lately they've not been mixed properly and I've gotten chunks of frozen fruit every time. I visit weekly and have been disappointed for four weeks in a row. Today there were six grape sized chunks of frozen fruit at the bottom of my smoothie.
I was excited to start using the booster juice app so that my kids don’t have to wait when we’re ordering to go, but they never check app orders. Everytime I’ve ordered on the app the staff had no idea it was entered until I requested my drink.
Their service is bad, they lack work experience, disrespect for the customer, and other than that. She wanted to give me an order that had been made before.
The juices were delicious, but the service was awful. The young woman working there was unfriendly and seemed to be in a terrible mood. I tried to be nice and thanked her, but she handed me a cup of juice with the lid not put on properly, causing it to spill. It felt like my order was an inconvenience for her.
