I wanted to give a bad review, but I decided to go to KFC and return my 6 wings with reception and see how they treated my return. It was better than I thought. I went in and ask to speak to a manager, said the man standing there, he was a general manager and what can he do for me, I explained the wings were so over boiled that it was broken in my hand and the meat was extremely dry, so said the general manager, I will do 1 better for you and make it, he offered me 12 fresh boiled wings, let me tell you that they were the best wings of them all the time. So I don't know his name, but he had a tattoo on his neck and reddish/blonde short hair I would like to thank you for having a better 1 service and glad that I did not put in a bad review. Mr General Manager again I would like to thank you if you do the right thing, good things will come and you will make great As a manager, I hope you will achieve your success and run this place with good stick rule and many fewer mistakes.
