Meat, when done well, is good. Meat done great is an art-form. The cook here at Gofman’s knows this art-form like a master.By far, the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had. Whether here in upstate New York, down south, or anywhere in between.A toasted potato bread bun, smokey pulled pork with the right amount of barbecue, coleslaw on top. All I could think halfway through was how I wanted another one.I immediately texted friends and told them we are going there to try everything.

It's about time Syracuse got some good BBQ again. Everything is made in house, the food is delicious.

Best BLT I have had in years, made with fresh cut pork belly bacon! Everything the family and I had was fresh and delicious. 5 stars!
