We had the distinct honor of meeting Sushi Chef Michael this evening. The passion and charisma he brings to the Trackside team is outstanding. Did you know that they use the freshest ingredients possible for all of their sushi? Rice flown in from Japanand Korea? Along with a plethora of knowledge and skill to bring the greatest sushi to the Poconos! Enough fangirling over thefood! We need to share about the amazing service we received.
