Bidra med feedbackThat mcdonald is not bad. I only visit twice in the year mcdonalds and this is the one we always visit. we visit ca. 7 o'clock in the evening, its never too busy, service is in the regular quite fast. Eating, it is mcdonald’s like all mcdonald’s that I suspect.
I've been here many times, always eat hot and what we ordered. quick drivethru, they have changed it recently, so there are two picking stations that make the dinge faster. inside is clean. server polite and friendly. good parking lot. her classic mcdonald’s menu. would recommend a visit.

I have previously (not necessarily on trip advisor) with a very positive review, even recommending Derby users to come here. Over the last few months quality and service has reduced drastically. This evening, again, no drive through service. Unlike General McArthur, I shall not return.
Bad customer service! Never again! app order, went through drive through to collect gave me drinks, the asked to wait in a bay!! 15 mins later and after seeing a man take his incorrect order back to the window! Probably mine! Then it arrived, to be taken back 2 mins later girl said wrong order. then checked, cold, also missing items, no apology for it taking ages. 20 mins by now, Another order missing 20 chicken nuggets and a missing double cheese burger. Oh and a melted chocolate milkshake that I asked to be changedI now 25 30mins. I had to get out of the car and go in I asked for the manager who tbf was not overly apologetic and offered a cookie as apology. He then gave me a piece of paper with a code on for 3 dessert! I said that the whole meal was cold now. he said he could replace it all! Obviously my son in the car had eaten part of it by now, and my other son at home would be having stone cold food! I explained that this was not acceptable and that I could not wait longer. The least I would have expected was a refund not 3 McFlurry's written on a ripped off piece of paper /till roll in. Disgraceful. Also I asked why it had taken so long and mentioned that I think my order was given to the wrong person!! He had no clue. Concerning when he was the manager. Basically I will be calling them tomorrow to express my disappointment and disgust. Poor service/poor cold food! also a young staff member who brought the food to the car , did not know how to react! Not her fault, poor service inside the buliding!! I ordered from my car for a reason! I will discuss this in person!!
