Waitress was very polite. Order taken quickly. Good variety of food on menu. Food came out hot and was absolutely amazing. Taste was delicious. We will be back with more people. Would recommend!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant! Initially, we were told that we couldn't sit at a table because it was supposedly booked, which turned out to not be true. We were also informed that there were no mocktails available because the staff member couldn't be bothered to make them, despite another customer purchasing one to go. Our food was supposed to arrive in 15 minutes, but we have been waiting for over 40 minutes with no sign of it yet. When we inquired about the delay, we were told it would only take 4 more minutes, but it still hasn't shown up. This service is absolutely unacceptable, and I wish I could give a zero-star rating.
I ordered a burger takeaway through an app, expecting a nice meal. The estimated time for delivery was 45 minutes, but it actually took nearly 2 hours. I called the restaurant 3 times and received poor excuses. When the food finally arrived, it was greasy, floppy, and inedible. I paid £30 for 2 basic burgers and chips, which was not worth it. I would have preferred a cheaper, well-known brand. This experience was very disappointing as we don't often have burgers. The delivery service was unhelpful, and I would rather spend more money to warn others with this review. Overall, it was an awful experience.
We ordered two Son of a Bun burgers with extra cheese, but both burgers were missing the cheese we paid for. The prices have increased and the quality has declined, with the burgers being very thin. We used to enjoy dining here, but after this experience, we won't be returning. These were likely the worst burgers we've ever had.
