Taco Loco - East Rutherford

I was in a diet ?? and wanted to eat something light, so decided to try taco at this place. After looking at the menu I got tempted and tried two sets of taco and a flan??. I got the carnitas and carna asada tacos. The carnitas tacos flavor was amazing, with the sauce and lemon, wow!!! it was so impressive I almost finished it like a baby. The carna asada was okay. The steak was overcooked and cut into cubes. Didn't feel right with the tacos and felt like I'm chewing a soft taco and then hard brick type of steak pieces. Overall it's okay but not excellent. I was totally disappointed with the time it took, I ordered them through UberEATS at 7.45 and i received it at 9.30. the driver had to wait for 15 minutes to get the food because the restaurant was so busy and over packed. I almost lost my patience but then after eating the food with the dessert. I forgot about that and forgiven them ???. Nice place to try some good tacos ??????

Today , 7/5/23, I Heard Of This Authentic Taco Spot, Named Taco Loco, Sounded Interesting, All Day I Prepared My Soul For Delicious, Mouth Watering, Juicy And Flavorful Tacos...Alas, It Was NONE OF THE ABOVE!!!The Meat Protein As They Refer To It, Was DRY, ALL OF IT, SHRIMP, STEAK EVEN THE PULLED MEAT WAS Dry As The Grande Canyon... Absolutely No FLAVOR AT ALL...The Sauce Dismal At Best.I Leave This Review ONLY To Hope They Try AnD Do BETTER...

No inside seating so in the summer time you have to wait outside in the heat and the food takes forever! We ordered a quesadilla and tacos and it took over 35 mins. There was no one else there, we couldn’t understand while it was taking so long. We ended up standing waiting inside for the rest of the wait bc it was so hot out. It was also 50$…the food is nothing special or out of the ordinary. I don’t think I will be back. Save your money and go to a taco truck.

Their tacos are so good makes me want to get them every time they so expensive but it's worth the price for the birrea tacos

Excellent authentic beef birria bowl. Quick take out, but they also have tables out front on Park Av, so when the weather's nice that's a pleasant option.
