Bella Italy In Rock - East Rockingham

I ordered by phone for pick up twice and still had to wait 30 minutes one time and almost an hour the second time. I was charged for two cheesecakes but was never offered a replacement when I called back. Despite these issues, I decided to order again because they serve good food at good prices. However, they left off my salad but gave me my ranch dressing, and when I asked about the salad, they had an attitude and acted like it was my fault it wasn't bagged. They handed me the salad without any apology or thank you. It seems like they believe the customer owes them for their mistakes, even though we already pay for their services and tip. It would be nice if they could compliment the kitchen staff by getting orders right.

I will never return to this restaurant again! I was served burnt bread and they have not addressed the issue at all. It seems like they don't even care.
