Arby's - East Rockingham

Location looked to be new but was just redone or just leased. Large dining area, Saturday night and no-one was there. Shake machine down and looked as if only one person knew how to add mix when it was low. Looked as if focus was on drive thru business.

Food was good!!Service sucks!!We were only car in drive thru.Took long time for us get our order.We thought they had gone fishing to try catch damn fish for fish sandwich's we waited so long for..

Instead of giving fresh Azu sauce they add water to it and it's practically nothing but water there's no flavor to it. Whoever is working there at the Rockingham North Carolina location they need to be replaced.

Went thru drive thru and bought a classic roast beef sandwich yesterday. Was not able to eat half of it look old and tasted awful…. Now I have food poisoning! This is not the first time I’ve got food poisoning from Arby’s in Rockingham! Cooks in fast food, restaurants need to be careful handling and making food! Fast food orders need to be freshly made for each order! I rather sit for 30 minutes and have fresh hot food then go through the line for three minutes and my food is not good, cold, old and nasty! Food poison is not fun! Have no desire for Arbys food anytime soon! I understand rush-hour comes and goes, but please take your time and give your customers fresh food at ALL TIMES! The fries were cold and not fresh at ALL! . I do thank God for coming by and helping me and giving me some strength.! God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble! ?

Hot and fresh roast beef sandwiches! Great service. Clean restrooms and sitting area.
