My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at a fantastic restaurant today. The service was excellent and the food was superb. Despite the chilly February weather, the setting was beautiful with a roaring fire adding to the perfect ambiance. We highly recommend this restaurant. A special shout out to Dan, our waiter, who was the best we've ever had. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant for lunch in January and was impressed by the delicious food prepared by Daffy. The service, provided with humor and professionalism by Dan, added to the great atmosphere. There were even peacocks on the terrace! I highly recommend this place, as it is also great value for money. I will definitely be returning soon.

Popped here for a meal at Christmas to meet friends. Wasn't really sure if the kids would be welcome but they had a lovely time. Surprisingly quiet for such a well kept, interesting place with lovely food. Staff great. Nice walk over the fields to Hardraw force. Will definitely visit again. Looked like a really cosy place to stay.

We had Sunday Lunch Here. There were other choices than the traditional roasts. I had the roast beef which was served with a huge Yorkshire pudding, roats and mashed potatoes and seven different vegetables. Very good value. Staff were very efficient and friendly.
