Bidra med feedbackI will not be returning to this restaurant. I waited at the bar for 10 minutes before being served by one staff member. Another person came and was served before me, even though I had been waiting longer. The staff did not acknowledge my concerns and were incredibly rude and dismissive.
This is our fourth visit this year; it's an affordable option to come with my parents. Previous visits were very good, but were brought down by the brusque customer service instead of being welcoming. Tonight was excellent from start to finish. Our greeting was friendly and warm, and this attitude continued throughout our time there. A young lady admitted she was new to her role and still learning when we commented on the quality of the Steak Pie. We hope she continues with her friendly yet professional approach. The food was just as good as we remembered. The portions are generous, but this does not detract from the quality. There was no issue when we asked to swap chips/potatoes for some extra veggies. The menu is simple, but this allows for careful attention to detail in every dish served. All staff made sure we had a great experience tonight. Overall, great food and great customer service.
After enduring the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, I would have anticipated greater adherence to the new safety protocols. Unfortunately, there were no staff members wearing face masks or shields, and no visible signs of hand sanitizer. The dining experience was satisfactory.
I've been on the phone Monday to ask if I could book a table. I explained to the employee that I would be with someone who is clinically vulnerable and had not excavated in 18 months. I asked if I had a table that wasn't too close to another table. the girl said I'm not sure we can't. She then went back from the phone and said I think that would be in order. I also asked if it were important for the employee to wear a mask when they passed our food. she said it is selectable is not it. I will ask her, but I cannot guarantee that they consider it to them. what is absolutely horrific customer service . I don't write reviews in the rule, but it was so disappointed and upset about the terrible attitude I felt I should. we have visited many paintings, but I will not visit now. the place where we had lunch could no longer have been courtesy and feel welcome and safe.
Lovely warm staff, extremely helpful as usual, food was prompt, very hot and very nice.cant fault it as usual
