Bidra med feedbackThe food was fabulous. My husband has the 3 piece dark meat and I had the catfish. It was really good and the waiters are really nice and personable. Would definitely recommend this place!
After seeing that this was a southern franchise, we were interested in trying it as we were staying at a local hotel. Initially, we were given a bag that had entrees, but after reviewing once gettout to the car, we noticed the appetizers weren't in the bag. Simple mistake, they had been made but never put out with the to go order. The breading and crunch were inconsistent on all the chicken. The fried Green tomatoes were mushy, the breading not crunchy in the slightest. The best thing we ate were the fried pickle spears, but the breading kept falling off of them. All in all, I'm not impressed at all.
Best chicken strips and mac and cheese I’ve had in a while! Champy’s Punch was also good but strong! If we are ever visiting Chattanooga again, we will definitely come back here!
We pulled off the interstate looking for food and this was one of the first places we saw. It’s inviting I will say that. It looks fun. But….it’s a huge bar. This is NOT a family restaurant (even though there were lots of families there). It reminds me of something at Panama City or Daytona Beach. It’s not Hooters or Twin Peaks level, but the waitresses mostly wear Daisy Duke style shorts and tight (some revealing) t-shirts. Also, the restrooms are disgusting. And I don’t mean dirty. The walls are full of graffiti that was shocking. Lots of filthy language, ads for Onlyfans, and overtly sexual and racist remarks are written in full view of any and everyone. If I were in management or ownership of this place I would take a good hard look into this. I am by no means a prude, but I couldn’t believe what was written eye-level at the urinals. It’s middle of nowhere truck stop bad. Food-wise, this is basically Popeyes or Bojangles that you pay triple for. We had fried chicken, chicken sandwich and catfish. All were edible but we were out around $65 for something we could have gotten at a drive thru for less than $20. The food tasted fine, but nothing to write home about. Service was good. But I have no reason to ever return.
We both had chicken and it was large pieces and the sides were very good too. Our server was excellent, and this is a fun atmosphere. If passing through on I-75 again, we may come again.
