Celebrated a friend's 60th Birthday with an elegant High Tea with 10 guests. The two waitress' made this birthday special. They were attentive, accommodating, lovely speaking voices and knowledgable about the tea and food. Different teas offered during the morning and delicious food. The duck was a favourite. At the end of the session, the waitress brought out a plate decorated with fruit and chocolates with a birthday message scribes in chocolate. Very nice touch to end the birthday celebration.

We recently went to Pan Pac for a baby shower high tea and were offered the new high tea menu. It was very delicious!!! No faults on taste and quality. Service as always was perfect and professional, especially by Nicole and Kisheetra.

This is the best High Tea we have experienced. From the smiling welcome reception by the host, the explanation of the High Tea service, the food and the room. It was quiet a selection of petite savoury and dessert. These paired with the free flowing tea, coffee and sparkling wine was well worth the Price of $65.00My friend who was pregnant was provided non-alcoholic sparkling wine which was a treat for her. Dietary requirement for a pregnant person was also catered for. Cannot fault anything. Will definitely be back. Thank you Nicole and Kishee for your services and warm smiles

I have been to the Origins Sparkling High Tea at the Pan Pacific several times and would have no hesitation to take Royalty there! Firstly, the beautiful Wedgwood tea sets they use are just exquisite and you get to try at least five teas during your seating (11.30am to 2pm or 2.30pm to 5pm). Secondly, they have free flow sparkling wine - and it's a nice quality, usually from the Swan Valley, so it's enjoyable from the first sip. Lastly, and most importantly, the food is amazing and there's lots of it! The carrot pumpkin shooter (soup) is so delicious, followed by warm treats like little tarts, quiches and smoked duck. The second layer is cold with items like coronation chicken sandwiches, smoked salmon blinis and whipped Brie with prosciutto, rocket & relish. The sweet layer is gorgeous - chocolate mousse, cheesecake and, of course, scones with plenty of jam & cream. Yum! It's priced very reasonably (depends on session time, special events, public holidays etc) & is definitely worth the money. I have a friend who has some dietary requirements, & they were more than happy to accommodate these with advance notice. The service is also excellent - they are always on hand to top up your glass.
