Sat for 12 mins waiter passed me several times never even looking at me Served a couple that came in behind me. They had their orders placed and I never even got a water until a waiter in another section gave me some. Looked across the room through the windows to see my waiter going through his phone. Wish I got the guys name but never got close enough to actually see him. I walked out and had a water as soon as I sat down at Texas road house 3 mins away. Go there instead of here. I travel alot and eat out alot. This is a rare thing for me at least. I will not be spending money here in the future at all.

Shogun is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The food is fresh, there is a cute robot cat that waits you, and the environment is great. The one problem I could say is that it take too long for food to come out. I think the longest I’ve waited for my food was about an hour. Other than the long wait, it’s a great restaurant to dine at. The fried rice tasted like just white rice with soy sauce. Ordered my steak rare, came out well done and so tough I could even chew. Ordered a drink they finally brought it when we were done eating and almost ready to leave, needless to say waste of money as no one wanted to wait at that point for me to drink it all. The steak and scallops had so much teriyaki you could taste the food itself. Not sure if our server was over booked or what but was not even slightly attentive. I would not recommend this place and will not be going back.
