Kennedys Reception - East Peoria

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. It’s just really not easy to get to! It’s not just a quick exit off the highway. You have to circle around quite a bit and backtrack. It took me 15 minutes to get to my conference venue the next morning which was a mile away.

I stayed here with my son for a hockey event. However, the hotel was sold out due to a huge baseball tournament. The public areas and the room was very clean. The staff was attentive and very helpful. We chose this hotel due to the Tesla chargers they had and I would happily stay here again in the future. The stay exceeded my expectations.

The Holiday Inn Suites in East Peoria was amazing for business travel. This was my first “post Covid” in person business conference, and this hotel was clean, well maintained, with great meeting facilities, an awesome gym, a quiet location, and in house restaurant experience that is among the best around Peoria. To top off the experience, all of the staff and associates were so courteous and friendly the best. This place outshone 95% of the places I have stayed on world travels, and I would argue it is the best business hotel, bar none, in Central IL. Well done, Holiday Inn…100% satisfied and highly recommending you.

Despite state mandates, no staff wore masks and there was very little covid mitigation protocols. Check-in was very uncomfortable. Due to the pandemic, they don't makeup your room, which I'm fine with and I'm sure it saves them money; however, if they really cared about visitor safety they would, at the very least, wear masks.

Great hotel. Clean, easy to get to right off the Interstate. Front desk was friendly and professional. Would stay again when traveling thru Peoria. Breakfast and pool looked nice but didn’t get a chance to try either as we were just passing thru
